Specializing in Anxiety Treatment, Depression and Couples Therapy
Anxiety
Effective anxiety management involves understanding its roots and using techniques like mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and proper breathing. Dietary adjustments, CBT, Internal Family Systems, group therapy, and lifestyle changes can yield the best results when tailored to the individual and guided by a skilled therapist.
Depression
Our therapeutic approach emphasizing self-awareness and regulation through inner-system exploration, somatic techniques, and collaborative support. The goal is to foster balance and implement small, impactful changes to manage depression. Additionally, the practice offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, a scientifically supported, fast-acting treatment for depression relief.
Couples Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a valuable tool for couples and family counseling, fostering harmony by promoting Self-leadership and addressing internal dynamics. It helps resolve conflicts and improve communication by exploring and integrating the inner parts of each individual.
Trauma
Somatic trauma therapy, ACT, IFS, DBT, and CBT are different models of therapy we use to help people attune to their physical responses to emotional experiences through mindfulness and awareness, enabling them to process trauma and stress effectively.
Getting help for trauma improves quality of life by fostering understanding, emotional management, reconnection with others, and setting achievable goals.
